Buying a property or plot is one of the biggest investments you will ever make.

Make sure that as well as identifying the right type of property or plot to meet your needs, you also take into consideration the energy of the environment and the property/ plot.

Evaluate the location, site and property according to Feng Shui principles.

A Perfect Sanctuary analysis includes:

• Identifying Shar Chi (Bad energy. Is it a deal breaker or can it be de-activated?)
  Identifying Shen Chi (Good energy. Can it be enhanced further?)
• Checking for mountain/ hillside support in an “armchair” position and sea/ water views to the front.
• Assessing the surrounding area and site, including shape of plot, type of soil, what type of landforms are present etc.
